Delivery model

  • Explorebits provides digital services and software-related delivery. There is no physical shipping for the standard service packages described on this site.
  • Delivery is typically provided through documented recommendations, repository work, implementation support, technical notes, walkthrough calls, or other digital deliverables defined in writing.
  • Product-specific activation, access, or licensing terms may be handled separately when a product is sold under its own brand.

Billing approach

  • The billing structure is confirmed in writing before work begins.
  • Common delivery models include fixed-scope audits, time-boxed sprints, and milestone-based delivery.
  • Public pricing on `/pricing` is starting-price guidance, not a binding quote for every scope.

Cancellations and scheduling

  • Either side may decide not to proceed before paid work starts.
  • If an engagement is canceled before work begins, prepaid amounts may be refunded minus any non-recoverable third-party costs or explicitly reserved commitments already incurred.
  • If an engagement is canceled after work has started, completed work, work in progress, reserved delivery time, and non-recoverable committed costs are generally non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests should be raised as early as possible because delivery windows are planned around confirmed work.

Delivery concerns and refund review

  • If you believe a delivered scope does not materially match the written agreement, contact Explorebits promptly at hello@explorebits.com.
  • Explorebits will review the issue in good faith and may propose clarification, remediation, a revised delivery plan, or an appropriate credit or refund for any clearly undelivered portion, depending on the facts and the governing written agreement.
  • Completed advisory work, already-consumed delivery time, and custom work performed to the agreed scope are generally not refundable.
