SPDI NextGen Dashboard: large-scale SaaS analytics platform delivery focused on backend services and ETL pipelines in a regulated context.
Context
US-based pharmaceutical companies using a SaaS analytics platform with strict access-control and anonymization requirements.
Timeline: Aug 2016 to Apr 2024.
Problem
The platform required reliable high-volume ingestion and processing of medical and supplier data while maintaining safe data-handling boundaries.
What we delivered
- Product work across three major iterations of the platform.
- End-to-end contribution from feature delivery into system design, backend ownership, and data pipeline work.
- Node.js and .NET ETL pipelines for ingestion and processing at terabyte scale.
- Delivery aligned with regulated access control and anonymization constraints.
Outcomes
- More stable analytics data foundations for reporting workloads.
- Better delivery continuity for backend and data processing components across product iterations.
- Scalable ingestion and processing foundations for high-volume analytics workflows.
Stack
Node.js, .NET, ETL pipelines, SaaS analytics, microservices
