The client needed a production SaaS foundation that could support multi-country, multi-brand, and multi-location operations with clear tenant boundaries and reliable releases.

  • Core architecture and MVP delivery using the MEAN stack.
  • AWS deployment model and GitLab CI/CD for safer production releases.
  • Technical leadership across a delivery team of approximately 15 developers.
  • SaaS foundations supporting restaurant operations across orders, reservations, inventory, staffing, and reporting workflows.
  • Production rollout live across 17 restaurant locations in Norway.
