ERP-style restaurant operations platform delivered for multi-country, multi-brand, and multi-location restaurant setups.
Context
European restaurant businesses, initially targeting the Norwegian market.
Timeline: Mar 2023 to May 2024.

- AWS deployment model and GitLab CI/CD for safer production releases.
- Technical leadership across a delivery team of approximately 15 developers.
- SaaS foundations supporting restaurant operations across orders, reservations, inventory, staffing, and reporting workflows.
- Production rollout live across 17 restaurant locations in Norway.
Outcomes
- A live SaaS operating model for restaurant businesses running across multi-country, multi-brand, and multi-location setups.
- Better release reliability and clearer ownership boundaries for ongoing delivery.
- Stronger product and delivery foundations for long-term operational rollout.
